Betty's Secondary Mirror Holder fits onto the spider of your Newtonian telescope and provides very accurate and fast collimation of your secondary mirror. This mirror holder also  comes with a jig and a clever scale which with the aid of a laser collimator (not provided)  allows you to place the secondary mirror in the correct position under the focuser. 

V2 improvements include: stiffer mirror sticking pad, spring tension adjustment and mirrored tightening bolts which when turned in tandem prevent the veins bending when tightening the holder onto the spigot.
