This limited-edition print is as far as I know a world first in solar imaging because it combines data captured by three separate telescopes to reveal the sun’s atmosphere and surface simultaneously. On top of that this is an actual colour print of the sun rather than a colourised black and white image which we are all used to seeing. The print not only captures a flare kicking off but by happy coincidence we've also bagged a number of other important solar features. I’ve detailed them in the information sheet which accompanies the print.
